Executive Chef, Zach Quattro

Zach Quattro has spent most of his time growing up in the pacific northwest from a place called Kennewick, Washington.  Zach started cooking at a place more like a Philly style cheese steak sub shop, called Bruchis.  He quickly grew through the ranks and ended up managing the restaurant for four more years before deciding to see what else was out there.

After a few more years of working in mostly corporate chain restaurants, Zach decided to make the move to Aiken to be closer to family.  Aiken has a surprising amount of chef run restaurants, and within days Zach was employed at both The Green Boundary club and The Wilcox, learning under some amazing chefs within the six years he has been in Aiken .

Zach has two kids, Kami 13 and Mason 7. His summer vacations are normally spent with his kids either at the beach or camping in the mountains somewhere.  In his free time, he loves being a “foodie” and traveling to different cities and restaurants to see what the food scene is evolving into and drawing inspiration from these trips.

Zach looks forward to the challenge of being chef at the Green Boundary Club and is excited to create some new and exciting dishes, while keeping to the integrity and standards that the club is already used to.

The Green Boundary Club is currently undergoing a renovation and complete kitchen remodel.  Dining services are limited at this time.  Please call the Club directly for information regarding current offerings and services.
